Some time ago, I thought I'd seen someone posting something about a Gen'Dai, perhaps even stats for one. I have a couple books with aliens stats in them, but haven't been able to find a Gen'Dai. Anybody out there have information on them?

I know I don't have nearly all the books that have been made available by the wonderfully talented people we have here on the Pit; it's possible an entry is in a book I've not yet encountered. Speaking of, is there anyplace where we have a complete list of available books, as well as a place to retrieve them from?

Thanks, all.

Thanks for the post.

I thought I'd gotten Gry's Alien Stats book...but I can't find it in my files. Do you know if anyone has it hosted anywhere?

There are two sets of stats for Gen'Dai.

One set in the compiled stats book, and a second, better set in one of the Clone Wars D20 conversion. Here is the info from the Clone Wars conversion.

For some reason these stats turn into stats for Geonosians. Was it a bad cut and paste? Here are the correct stats for those that don't have the book.

Gen’Dai
Attribute Dice: 12D
DEXTERITY 2D/4D
KNOWLEDGE 2D/3D+2
MECHANICAL 2D/4D
PERCEPTION 1D+2/3D+2
STRENGTH 3D/4D+2

example: stunned is 0-6, wounded 7-16, etc.
Healing Hibernation: They also have the ability to undergo a healing hibernation in which they recover one injury level
every 1D rounds and fight disease. A Gen’Dai can reattach a
severed limb in 4D rounds. The severed limb must be within
2 meters of the Gen’Dai. If the original limb is destroyed, it
can be regenerated in 4D days.
Move: 10/12
Size: 1.9-3.5 meters tall

I've had some problems cutting and pasting from some of Gry's PDFs from the conversion docs. I don't know why.

Me too. I suspect it has to do with what software Gry used to make the PDF. They don't all create PDFs the same way.

What I ususaly do when I want to get something from one of the PDFs is take a scrren cap.
