I thought it was in Han Solo and the Corporate sector sourcebook, but I can't seem to find it...Can someone point me to the skill?

It is, and I think it is back in the Weapons and Equipment Section. It's more of an optional rule than a skill. You basically treat your blaster skill as a dice pool split between initiative and blaster.
