Capsule: This walker, also nicknamed the Titan, was developed by the Imperial remnant after, news of several ground battles with the new republic and Vong, got to them. Testing a hypothesis, Grand admiral Palleon, decided to breakout some plans that his great Granddad had. They called for a 6-legged walker, whom's main body was a turret where all the weapons were. It would be able to move and fire large-scale high explosive projectiles, anti troop/armor suppression.
Since the fall of Coruscant had proven his theory, with the shadow bombs, these have gone into full production, at 3 facilities.
In the field, a Tickker, a mobile munitions unit, usually accompanies it.
Ammo types
HE Standard
HESS Anti-personnel shrapnel scattering device, does character scale damage of 12d 6m/9d 12m/6d 15m/3d 20m
HARR radio controlled/laser guided. -2d from the overall damage, but add 3d to the gunnery.
LAMP, liquid spread phosphorous/magnesium/sodium mix, causes 8d in 6m, 5d in 12m and 3d in 18m FIRE damage character scale, which looses 1d for each round it burns.
IAM, indirect mine rounds, delayed action motion sensor mines (similar to the Thunder LRM rounds of Battletech).
2 types, walker- 5d walker damage, and Repulsor- 6d speeder scale damage.

These are high pressure water cannons, designed to knock troops down or off of attacking speeders. If a hit is scored, the opponent needs to make a difficult Dex check to remain standing or seated.
Capsule: The MMS was the first of 2 designs, from the Verpine medic Tr'diji, a rebel on the planet Gurnthorr, in the Vablion system (mid rim). It was designed to be able to float behind the front lines, while troops ferried wounded to the craft. It boasts 12 Bacta tanks, 3 controlled by each 2-1b droid, and 32 medical bays. It can perform many operations, and was a lifesaver for over 3000 troops in the battle for Ferrigut, in which the imperials were severely trounced.
In the aftermath, it was noted, that 870 other wounded troops, had died, because they couldn't reach the MMS before stormies or speeder bikes vaporized them. It was then the RREMV was thought up. 9 months later, 8 of them hit the field, for every 3 MMS. By the time of Endor, there was a total of only 5 MMS, and 14 RREMV's. 12 other MMS' were destroyed, and pirates captured 2. 21 RREMV's were also destroyed, but none were stolen or captured.

Capsule: the Imperial Remanent designed this walker, also nicknamed the Oblesk, just after the fall of Coruscant. It incorporates heavy weapons, and slug thrower weapons, and was designed to oppose the 'ranges' of the Vong. Several ‘old’ school technicians, who always thought bigger is better, designed it. But for once they were right.
Unlike most walkers, it has 8 legs, for stability as well as to help lug around all the power generators. And unlike most walkers, it also carries shields. It is hoped, when the production models, come out, in 1 more year, that the Vong, will NOT have defeated the new republic, which seems to be fighting a loosing battle.
The troops that are carried are for close in anti sabotage, to prevent enemy troops from planting explosives on the legs. While the bikes are for scouting and spotting for the missile launchers. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |
