|
|
Hi guys (first post here)
I'm gonna start playing StarWars as a GM with the revised rules, but I can't find any GM screens online. The book doesn't have one. I bought the GM screen released by West End Games, but it is based on the rules of the 2nd edition (not the revised rules).
Do you guys have anything like that ? I don't want to check the book for simple rules I keep using, and I don't want to memorize all those numbers either.
And I also need something to hide my rolls from the players ^__^
thanks.

So what ? Nobody uses a gamemaster screen ? Then what do you use to hide your rolls from the players and for quick reference to rules ?

I sure that some of them do (I don't GM Star Wars, I enjoy playing it too much). But there is a topic under TOOLS that is about GM screens. _________________ "I take orders from just one person: Me!"

You must be reffering to the topic "Player's" screen. Quite not the same thing actually

The GM screen has been the greatest tool I've had with playing and GMing star wars. I could try and make a copy if you like, but it might not look very good.... |

Are you talking about this one :
If so, I actually have that already. The problem is that it doesn't apply with the revised rules.
I kinda stoped looking for one and started making one of my own (oh well, devotion ^__^ ). I'll post it here and in the Topics forum when I'm done.

Loc has a couple of really nice scans of the Old GM Screen on the website.
It's under West End Games Info -> Charts and Tables.
I know you want the new one, but this is for the folks still using the old system, like my GM. His GM Screen is starting to warp, fold, mangle, and fall apart. |

THeres one I think..1996..the other one with vader is 92. This one has a pic of boba Fett on the cover..as also I think the rules for combing damage and actions changed..2 people are not +1D but are +2 pips. _________________ "That was left handed!" |

Nice work LoneStar! Very nice indeed. I make most of my gaming stuff into .pdf files. I can give them to whomever, and I don't have to worry about file size or my ideas getting messed with (though I am always open to interpretation...) _________________ "Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata"

I've got that particular GM screen, the one you showed LoneStar. Love it too, though since my last session a few years ago I've been using it to grab NPC skills from without having to flip the pages of second edition revised and expanded as well as to help me make ships from. _________________ FLUFFY for President!!!!

Thanks for the comments. Is there a way we could get to incorporate those files (gm screen and character sheet) in the website ? They're taking space in my web account and I'd like to remove them.

I can host them on my website if you like. I don't have anything in the Star Wars section right now anyway. _________________ Ooo, a droid! Can I fix it?
