Anyone have this from the 2nd blue book? Need conversions of the old sublight to space speeds. A link would be great, or whatever. Thanks

Take the number in front of the d and double it. IE 4d = 8, 3d = 6.
If it's +1, ingore it. If it's +2 add one. IE 4d+1 = 8, 4d+2 = 9.
It's that simple.

FYI, this thread is asking for 1E to 2E conversion, while the link you provided is for Rules Upgrade for 2E to R&E. I skimmed through it and I didn't see any 1E to 2E conversions. Maybe I could try to make that document as a contribution to this awesome community...

It's real short. It's not like a Rules Upgrade anyway. The Rules Upgrade has all the changes made to the system between the blue book and R&E, so someone wouldn't have to buy the R&E book if they already had the blue book.
This is just a short appendix of converting certain stats from first edition to second edition. If you don't have it cheshire, I could probably whip up a one-page PDF after work that you could share on your site.
