Basic Adventure outline need help on details

The group is in my own setting in Legacy Era all party members are Jedi Padawans to the same master

Outline
Master is busy has to take care of bussiness

Books the PCs a Flight on frieghter that also works as a transport they need to deliver somthing to another jedi (in alliance space so they are pretty safe from the Sith)

On the trip they meet a Jawa who is a bounty hunter who uses droids and he realizes they are begining Jedi so good money for Bounties with the Sith

The Cargo is more valuable then the PCs realize and is attacked by Space Pirates ( minor Dark Jedi as Captain) PCs hopfully repel the pirates (could have legal claims to ship not sure)

Once the PCs arrive on the planet the Jawa and his Droids he use attack the PCs and if successful take them captive (if the PCs lose the Jedi that needed the message will bail them out)

They deliver said item to the other jedi and thats the end basiclly

What I need is your help with details what might the Jedi be delivering (how is info stored in Star Wars Universe to be transported)

What could the valuable cargo be?

what are some good low level combat droids?

Im thinking they are going to the Void Station to give the Jedi Knight information about the Jedi Ruins on Krant

If they help the Jedi investigate maybe some thing could come up in the Sith Temples

...One idea is to have a crate of Miscellaneous goods loaded onboard, & have the goods hiding the actual cargo (for example, a small case of omputer discs hidden amidst salvaged junk). Another example would be to have a passenger's baggage contain Lightsabers, a Jedi Holocron, or some other such cargo.

..The Jawa Bounty Hunter is a great idea! Almost nobody would suspect a Jedi Hunting Jawa--he could even be using assassin droids of his own making!? The pirates led by a Dark Sider is always workable--could see a recurring nemesis (especially as the PCs get stronger), possibly with students of his own at some point.

A holocron would seem to be the most "Jedi" type artifact they could be transporting. Both Jedi and Sith holocrons could have their advantages to the story.

Other items could be a data pad or a data chip with the information, or even a droid (perhaps a type of droid that wouldn't be suspected. For example, storing top secret Sith battle plans in a medical or protocol droid).

For combat droids, considering that the hunter is a Jawa, I suggest that you use non-combat droids that the Jawa has altered, kit-bashed and reworked to suit his purposes. Some could be innocuous (an astormech with a repeating blaster tucked away in a hidden compartment), while others could look like a kitbashed nightmare (load lifter with a 3P0 series droid's head and a pair of rocket launchers, blasters slugthrowers, or vibroblades where the arms would be). A bunch of kitbashed droids would really suit a Jawa.

So With the droids I just kinda throw stuff on a droid mix and match style?

What type of ship would hall 20 or 30 pasangers and some good cargo?

for some reason firefighting droids came to mind, fairly strong, energy armor, (maybe even shields to resist fire) and for weapons have fire extinguishers and pickaxes...maybe they light the place on fire first.
