Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums, and I wanted to share the SW roleplaying soundboard I just made. It's at
http://starwarsrpgsoundboard.googlepages.com/
It's still a work in progress, but already pretty useful for enhancing playing sessions. Hope you guys can get some use out of it. |

Very nice If I ever manage to play table-top again, I may just have to use this. _________________ Hotaru no Hishou; a messageboard about games, friends and nothing at all.

Excellent work! Definitely get with Vong and make this an executable. Be a shame not to have this at a game if you can't get an internet connection! _________________ Check out some of my games at DriveThruRPG!

thanks for the replies! Yes, it should be available as an executable. Although, it's a flash file, so you could download it and flash should open it, even without an internet connection. Here's the link directly to the flash file
http://starwarsrpgsoundboard.googlepages.com/sw_soundboardSMALL.swf
I've already gotten some other sounds, and plan to update it soon.
thanks again for the response! |

Just updated the soundboard with several new sounds and an important "stop all sounds" button. |

This is awesome, I wasworking on something similar for my games, but instead of a sound board, I was going to edit sound effects together to play back via quicktime at the table... crowds, cantinas, etc...
But this is so much more convinient.
Is there a way to loopthe sounds, for example the cantina, so it keeps looping until it is stopped?
Also, I would make a small recomendation... the SW computer games are a fountain of resources for sound effects. Take the sounds off the CD's and you can apply them to anything. They would be great on this type of thing. Wookie roars, stormtroopers, engine hums, that type of stuff.
This is great, and very useful, keep it up!

This is awesome. A great source for sounds is the X-Wing Alliance PC game. On the CD are a great collection of sounds just by themselves, there's no background music or other noises like you'd get w/ taking the sounds directly from the movies. |

Wow, This thing is cool! Many thanks.
Would there be anyway to convert it to a 'Flash 5' .swf format?
I would love to be able to use it with my palm pilot during games..... |
