| I was wondering does anyone have a guide for upgrading/modifying ships? Or guides on ships? Or can anyone tell me a book that covers a lot of them? |

Galaxy Guide 6 has rules for modifying ships.
Also, the main book in the technical skills section at the front of the book has guidelines for improving everything from armor to ships. |

Somebody cobbled together a list of most of the tables from Galaxy Guide 6: Tramp Freighters. I'll post a link when I can find the thread.
One thing to woatch out for is tha the upgrade rules for GG6 are for Light Freighters, and similar ships. Not for Starfighters or Capital ships, although there is a thread here for modding starfighters:

The rules in the core book are more about modifying what systems a ship already has for improved performance, rather than replacing systems. But it works for anything. |
