Knowing that the majority of posters in this forum are from the USA, I would just like to congratulate them on the wise choice they made. More than congratulate, I'd like to thank them.

I, as a german, am released that the "Bush-era" is over.
I don't know if Obama was the wiser choice (it seems so following the german media). We in Germany are looking forward towards a new, friendlier time (again) in the german-american relation-/partnership.
So congratulations to a new time!

Most of the people in the U.S.A didn't agree with bush anyway. Hopefully Obama can make some positive changes in the US. I love my country, but not always the people who destro...I mean run it.

I was a delegate for him in the Texas caucuses, and voted for him in the general. I am quite happy right now.
