What are the stats for a Hutt character, or what book could I find them in?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

The stats are in the Star Wars Trilogy Sourcebook, Special Edition.
They're also freely available in Gry Sarth's Alien Species sourcebook, found in the Fan Made Sourcebooks thread under the Tools forum.
