Just curious has anyone been able to reproduce the sheet from the R+E book?
Or another quality sheet, I have done a lot of searching and have found nothing.

Sure thing. Reproduced from scratch for picture quality and improved for ease of play:
And in case you're interested, I also created a variant Jedi sheet:
And the fun thing with having redone the sheet, is that I can easily customize it. I don't remember who ordered this custom job for the Pit:
And here's one I made for my group's prequel-era all-Jedi campaign:
