D6 o D20

Is there any conversion of material from d6 to d20? I ask because my fiancée is running a d20 game and I wanted to see if there was some extra stuff I could prepare for her if she should choose to use it.

You can you this as a good base to convert people, vehicles and creatures:

It is a D20 -> D6 but it can be reversed easily enough.
