That one’s in the Starfighters & Scout Ships post, in the General sub-section, classified as an Aerofighter instead of a Cloud Car. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Were there ever stats for a stock YT-1930? I can only remember seeing the modified one in one of the galaxy guides. Always liked that ship. |

It's also mentioned in the Millennium Falcon Owner's Guide, too, which gives the Stock version the same stats as the Modified version, then gives it a deck plan where the engine room is approximately the size of a broom closet.
I hate WEG floorplans. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

So do you want the stats for the modified YT-1930 in Wretched Hives, or do you want my approximation of what a stock variant would look like? _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Ditto
My vote would be for the stock version as well. _________________ "For every person with a spark of genius, there are a hundred with ignition trouble." |

Agreed with the above two. Please cook up a Stock version. _________________ RR

Alright, here we go...
YT-1930 (Stock)
The YT-1930 is a variant of the popular YT-1300, optimized for greater cargo capacity and improved efficiency of internal lay-out. The most prominent changes to the design are the center-line cockpit and the "wing" sections on the port and starboard aft-quarters. The living spaces are grouped forward, on either side of the cockpit, while all cargo is carried in the wing extensions to either side of the engines. The stock engines are relatively underpowered (selected for a combination of regulatory and political reasons), and are usually the first thing private owners replace.

Regarding the Kazellis Light Freighter, there isn't really anything I'd change from the stats on the Holocron, apart from shifting the Scale to "Starship (+6D)" and adding the Speed Code notation of (2D+2) to Space. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Pretty much the same thing, except making it Frigate (+10D) Scale, with a Speed Code of 0D+2.
Of course, I barely changed anything for the stock stats for the YT-1300 and the Ghtroc 720, but still posted those... let me think about it. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. The thing about the YT-1930 is, I could justify it having better drives if the original artist hadn't left that massive amount of negative space on the back end by tucking the engines all the way up against the reactor core. If the engine section was extended aft past the angled "tabs" on either side of the engine notch, I could totally see this thing as a Space 5 or 6 ship. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
