I think this is getting a little out of hand....

I just found out a handful of cool ships from "Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed" and am currently converting them into D6.

I've got a suggestion. If you manage to do two books, the main one, and then the supplement for the heavily modified ships, I'd like to suggest a quote to use on the back. The back cover of the supplement should say "I've made a lot of special modifications myself."

Well, the book it really pretty much ready to be edited. All I'm waiting for is Grimace to check out the Adventure Journals and supply me with whatever ships there are there.

Are my comments clear? There are some ships on the first list for which I only need images. And there are some ships on the 2nd list which I want the stats (no rush) but if they have an image, then I'd like to have the image soon.

Okay, of all of those that you asked for pics, I can only provide 2, as those two had pics (along with about 5 others that you didn't want pics for).

Those are:
"Starcrossed" and the T.I.E. fighter. I'll see about getting those scanned in and send off to you today. The other stats will probably trickle in over the course of the weekend. Fortunately for me, I have all the way to Tuesday off, so I should be able to get this stuff typed up for you.

Wow, you mean that of ALL the ships in my 1st list, only the T.I.E. has an image? A pity.... but thanks a lot for your prontitude. I'm already trying to find a way to complete the nose of the Starcrossed.

Just so you know, the nose of the Starcrossed is a crook neck nose similar in shape to the British/French Concorde supersonic jets that once zipped along the skies over the world.

Pretty close. If you get rid of the divet and make it flat on the bottom, and extend it just a wee bit further, then you've got it made.

Well, I already started editing the book, folks! Grimace hasn't sent me the stats yet, but since I noticed there was only one starfighter on the list, I was able to edit the book up to the Yachts section. I found a decent placeholder for the StarSpeeder and and later I can replace it with Grimace's final stats. Unfortunately I can't move on into the Freighters section before Grimace sends me stats.

I'm trying hard to keep the editing tight and the page-count as small as possible. So far I think things are going well. At the point I stopped, the R&E is only 10 pages longer than the original book at the same point. And there were many new ships and images added. However it's in the Freighter section that things will really start balooning, as I'm going to add all the deckplans from Stock Ships and a lot of new ships....

I hope I'm able to finish this whole thing before New Year's, or at least on the 1st week of 2006, cause after that I start working on my newfound job (YEY) and things will get complicated.
