Perhaps there should be some sort of a bonus to detecting the user when the power does drop, in the way that even a soft noise seems loud after a period of silence.

hmm, i thought i wrote that in. it was supposed to say "any jedi who uses the force while this power is up and fails to make the alter roll causes a large ripple in the force. any jedi who could possible detect a jedi with this power up will automatically do so." It was kind of a "you didnt cancel out the frequency of your sound, you amplified it, whoops"
