What you've got there is pretty close. I'd drop the Sneak skill, though. Terentateks aren't exactly stealthy.

Anything that doesn't grant an immediate dark side point.
I would honestly just give them double their dice to resist uses of the force on or around them, just like a Hutt.

| That seems a lot more appropriate. Unless they create some kind of null-field, it doesn't make sense to increase the difficulty to use, say, remain conscious. |

Fare enough. Consider the stealth skill gone..

Yup. All force powers that are specifically not called out as dark side powers, are 'light side ones'..
