Yes, you could roll you Control on the 1st round with no penalties, then your Sense in the 2nd round at -1D and then attack in the 3rd round at -2D, instead of rolling all these in the same round with -2D penalties. However this doesn't change in any way the kind of situation I stated before, which makes some force powers quite innefective... |

Personally I am not a stickler with this. I prefer for my players to call all thier actions, except of course reactionary ones at the beginning of the round, if a target they had in sight dies before their turn, I'll let them change their actions as a result of them not being possible.
When I have players trying to PVP kill each other I make them write out their actions in advance and in secret and pass them to me.
Then I'll let them know what happens by the rolls of the dice, which must be done on the center of the table in front of everyone.
I've got a pretty good group that's trust worthy these days, however I've had issues with cheaters once or twice in the past. |
