I follow prices closely and these seem to be the hot items in no particular order:

Hideouts and Strongholds
Pirates and Privateers
Platt's Smuggler Guide
Stock Ships
GG 6: Tramp Freighters 2nd Edition
Gundarks Fantastic Tech; Personal Gear

There are others of course, all Lords of the Expanse seems really sought after, as do the last couple of Adventure Journals. I have seen a few box sets, Mos Eisley, and Introductory Box Set to name a couple on Ebay go unsold in the last couple of months. People are asking too much money on the opening bid. I have seen a jump in Galaxy Guides 8, 11, and 12.

The Trilogy Sourcebook Special Edition and gamemaster screen 2nd revised were hard to come by 6 months ago, but are rather common material at the moment. I think with the bad economic times more people have been letting their collections go of late. Or people have been scouring their bookshelfs and gaming closets and getting rid of stuff they don't want for extra hobby money, or even to pay the bills.
