				| Is there a list somewhere of which Jedi did survive Order 66 and Vaders following hunts? I know there are some referenced in the books but I am drawing a blank right now or I would list some examples. How many other than Obi-Wan and Yoda survived to ANH era? _________________

				| This being a Wookieepedia entry, take it with a grain of salt, but there is a survivor list here:

				| There's also a list in Wikipedia that differs somewhat from Wookieepedia's list. | |

				| Yeah, I saw that other one. Neither are perfect, but I generally assume Wookieepedia to be better, as most of it's entries tend to be more complete than the ones on Wikipedia. Eh, longer, anyway. _________________

				| This is one question I don't think we'll have answered until the TV series comes out. I'm assuming it will count as canon and then wipe out all the EU data we have like it never exhisted like normal. _________________

				| Thanks for the help in finding those lists. I have been very curious about that era of Star Wars history. _________________

That's OK, I ignore the prequels anyway for the purposes of my game. We deal mostly in the Fringe, anyhow, so Jedi are of little concern to us.

We just usually pick a time period not even close to the movies and design the galaxy the way we see fit for what we want to do. My current GM has us some 500 years after the battle of Endor. It makes it alot easier because we have alot more to work with, he can change whatever details of the galaxy without it seeming unreasonable or strange.

				| One extremely important thing to learn is that if a Jedi is expecting any kind of trouble, he will keep danger sense on! Probably even when he is not expecting trouble. Being able to know a round before being attacked is just way too important to neglect. It gives you the entire round to draw your lightsaber, activate lightsaber combat, and maybe, if you can, even combat sense, so you can use your full potential on combat.
It is two complete actions, until you can parry blaster bolts, so anybody who either has his weapon in hand (Stormtroopers usually have) OR beats your initiative (and you really don't have that many dice to spend on perception as a Jedi) will get to shoot you before you can react with your (likely) most powerful defense.

Be prepared to have one die less in practically all circumstances as a Jedi, since you really don't want to leave out danger sense. IMHO the most powerful Jedi ability early on.

				| But with Danger sense you use Sense instead of Perception for Initiative- I thought. _________________

				| Nope. Just tells you 1 round before anything bad happens that it is going to happen so you get 1 rounds worth of defensive actions. _________________
