they've already gotten it, but we need the sgt there
Their next mission is rescuing the local resitance leader's brother gotta get in before the interrogation starts... 86 or so stormtroopers at that little compound, 2 at-sts and a few compact assault vehicles

a new update... one of my characters did a very heroic act to save his wounded comerades...
They were fighting in close quarters with a pair of stormtroopers (yes, only a pair) after a while of exchanging fire and a friendly fire incident (wound from a friendly grenade) the party sent one stormtrooper on the run, and cornered the other one. In an attempt to save his own life, the stormtrooper lobbed a grenade down at the pcs... and the wounded sniper spent a force point and dove on the grenade to save the other wounded members of the party... my hat off to SNiPE good job, you put your team and the mission first.

| trust me dude, you haven't witnessed the worst of Chris and his wrath as GM. back in the day I had a predator and i couldn't kill like 4 stormtroopers and I had surprise on them. Though I have to admit he has gotten a lot better about things like that. |

Something you might try is to make a rotating map. It's baiscly a small set of block puzzle peieces that can fit together in any ol fashion, and have random buildings/ rubble/encounters /obsticles. This is of course, assuming that the city is still undergoing changes (like the occasional bombardment, rampant fire, collapsing building, ect. Contested cities are not exactly a stable place to map, as the street you travel down one day might be mined or simply a crator the next.
With this type of map, the only thing that you need to have a stable map for would be the paces that are not going to change very quickly, or that are relativly stable/landmarks, like basecamp, the enemy building encampments, watch towers, ect.

| I never played Warhammer. I actually got the idea for it from an old dungeon magazine. The adventure took place in a plague ridden city, which was under constant change and conflict. It seemed like it might apply well to other games and situations (like this one) so I thought I would present it to the group. |

Stealth Panther is so down with that game. Let me know the moment I can get down.
What about, the guys are sent to collect dropped supplies but when they get there, the supplies are not. Call it an information screw up, maybe the goods were stolen.

I was thinking of a mission involving a different environment, say underwater. What about an urban desert like place? Changing scenery is nice once in a while.
