Does anyone know what alien race this is? It looks familiar. If you look at the middle image, the purple head looks to be a face mask with a breathmask. In the right image it looks like a life support backpack, but the tubes go into the elbows? Why a breath mask if your nostrils are in your elbows?
Anyway, maybe this isn't a currently unidentified alien race but is instead a near-human one, either currently identified or not. Who knows, maybe the artist was a Baron Zemo fan.

Skin around eyes is brown, not light green or greenish-blue. Besides, other than Cad Bane, which is never explained, duros do not need to wear breath masks or filters. _________________ Don Diestler

Star Wars seems to have a lot of hoses that don't seem to do anything. Like the breath masks that were on the Falcon and worn by Han, Chewie, and Leia when walking around in the space slug. The tube from the mask just ends in nothing. I truly think that artists just design some of these things purely on aesthetics with no practical purpose in mind. If the fluff doesn't manufacture a reason for them (or they do and it is stupid) then it is up to us to design a reason for them.
I was quite surprised to see in your thread asking what model of speeder bikes where those that were actual answers. A lot of time comic book artists just make up stuff, including classes of vehicles/ships and species. They aren't always attempts at showing an existing species. We have gotten new ships and species from original artworks, which seems like it is the repulsorcart leading the bantha but it does happen. _________________ *
