I am not an artist in the traditional sense. Most of the time I tend to dabble in 3D renders or photo manipulation, although it is not always easy where Star Wars is concerned.
I thought I'd share some of the stuff I've done over the years (and continue to work on), as I attempt to expand my knowledge and skill in the above mentioned areas. I hope you enjoy what you see.

Jaidyn Kraden very much reminds me of the actress who played Athena (Apollo's sister) in the original Battlestar Galactica from the late 1970's (except she had brown eyes, not green, of course).
The Twi'lek looks a bit wierd because where her lekku join her skull just looks...off. Seriously, the bases of her lekku just don't look quite right. Then again, this picture is titles "Diseased Twi'lek" so this disparity may very well be intentional. Indeed, she doesn't look diseased at all except for this oddity.
Moving Meditation: Yeah, she doesn't seem to be dressed like a traditional Padawan, but then again, there have been fanservice-y Jedi Knights with bare midriffs before (Aayla Secura comes to mind). I liked this pic the best out of the three (probably precisely because of the fanservice ). _________________ Sutehp's RPG Goodies
Only some of it is for D6 Star Wars.
Just repurchased the X-Wing and Tie Fighter flight sim games. I forgot how much I missed them. |

I think what is REALLY throwing off the Twi'lek is that she doesn't have those nub things that apparently only the females have, at least from what I can find. It also appears that there was never a talk about whether Twi'leks had ears or not, some of them do some of them don't.
That one picture has lead to quite a lot of revelation into Twi'lek anatomy! |

I'm not crazy about the Twi-lek, but that brunette female pic is dynamite!
I love how you did her attire.
And, the eyes...she's a near human. Gotta be.
Good work! |

Just took another look at this one and you're right: she DOES have ears, not the traditional female Twi'lek nub ear-equivalent.
I think that's just one more factor adding to the Uncanny Valley/creepiness of this picture. (shudder) _________________ Sutehp's RPG Goodies
