its ok to know how to build a atomic bomb. but to go ahead and do it, thats a diffrent story...

i dont recall seeing any power that gives a dark side point from learning it.

but all powers does if used for dark reasons. some are even inherently dark and allways gives a point.

for the teach ...

Okay, a few clarifications:
hitmark, those Dark Side Points from sith weapons that you have to "use immediately or lose" I believe are refering to Force Points gained from the dark side, in a similar ...

still, didnt the person he lost against allso call on the dark side for that battle?
or are we refering to the new movies now?

calling upon the dark side isnt au ...

if a player insists on killing his character after warnings from the GM, then the character dies.

thats diffrent from the GM just declaring the character dead for some random reason and so on...

only way i can see that you use dark side points is by it granting you extra force skill points as long as you have not fallen to the dark side...
