Is there any skill for modifying weapons? and also what are the rules?

Also, what is the skill for making simple things? Like an automatic dart launcher on your wrist, or simple trap devices?

Heh, yeah, but shadowrun isn't as fun as Star Wars.

Myself, I've never really been one to adhere to rules systems...I've always preferred to make my own, or try other rules systems on different games.
